Alex: Welcome to weekly words. My name is Alex and I don’t know what the words are going to be but this day’s theme is negative adjectives.
1. triste sad
Cuando llueve me pongo triste. When it rains, I am sad.
2. difícil difficult
Pensar es difícil. Thinking is difficult.
3. feo ugly
Ain’t not that ugly. Feo can be used to describe you know someone physically or a situation that’s really bad. Mi examen fue muy feo. My exam was ugly.
4. caro expensive
Mi burrito no fue caro. My burrito was inexpensive.
5. desagradable disgusting
Mi comida es desagradable. my cooking is disgusting.

I'm sorry what do you mean by isn't negative. Yes, it's negative. The use of no before the verb makes it negative.

Hello, in the 4 setence "Mi burrito no fue caro." the translate isn't negative? Like "My burrito wasn't expensive" ? I get confused because of the "no fue"
