Hola Helen,

In that case "se" is use as a indirect object pronoun.

The indirect object tells us where the direct object is going. The indirect object answers the question "To whom?" or "For whom?" the action of the verb is performed.

"El chico se esta despertando por la mañana."

"La mujer se esta cepillando los dientes."

"La chica se esta lavando la cara."

Saludos,

Carla

Hola Kanda,

Mi cumpleaños es el 5 de setiembre. - "It's my birthday on 5th September."

The verb to drink is "beber", "bebe" is the conjugation use for the third person in present tense.

Buena suerte y Feliz Cumpleaños!

Hola,

How do you say: it's my birthday on 5th September? And is drink (in Spanish) bebe or beber? There are different translations from Rosetta Stone and Spanishpod101. Final question, do you guys do gift packages, cos some language apps have them on special offers, it's my birthday in a few days so I was just wondering.

Muchas gracias
