Alma Villanueva Rojas: Mi número de teléfono es 12-3256-7800 (uno dos, tres dos cinco seis, siete ocho cero cero).

Silvia Ramírez Arce: Mi número de teléfono es 43-2156-7854 (cuatro tres, dos uno cinco seis, siete ocho cinco cuatro).

Ángel Salazar Almonte: Mi número de teléfono es 26-7877-3325 (dos seis, siete ocho siete siete, tres tres dos cinco).

Did you notice how I omitted "Mi número de teléfono es…?"

65-7890-2284 (six five, seven eight nine zero, two two eight four).

When directly responding to someone's request, it's often possible to omit part of the response.

Here, by simply giving your phone number, there's no need to say Mi número de teléfono es, "My phone number is."

The pattern is {phone number}.

Phone number.

You should be aware of this shortcut, but for this lesson, we'll use the pattern

Mi número de teléfono es {PHONE NUMBER}.

"My phone number is {PHONE NUMBER}."

Mi número de teléfono es {PHONE NUMBER}.
