Yes, it means “destino” but the purpose of this at the end of the sentences is to help you remember to add the destination there.

- ¿La próxima parada es destination?

- ¿Cuántas paradas faltan para destination?


Is there a word "destination" in Spanish? I referred to several dictionaries and they listed "destino" instead.
