3. I would like to get started! How do I subscribe?

We recommend that you start by signing up to our Free Lifetime Account and 7-Day Trial Subscription by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to our Home Page
  2. Sign up for a Free Lifetime Account and 7-Day Premium Trial
  3. Complete the registration and be sure to verify and confirm your email address to activate your account

4. How do I cancel my subscription and stop it from auto-renewing at the end of my term?

For your convenience your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your term. You can easily cancel your membership and stop it from auto-renewing any time, online, 24 hours a day by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the website by entering your Username and Password at the top right of any page
  2. Click on the Account button in the top menu
  3. Click on Subscription Settings link from the left navigation menu
  4. Click on the "Click here to stop this subscription from auto-renewing at the end of the term" link below your existing subscription

Please note that cancelling your subscription only prevents the next charge from kicking in: it does not suspend the service that you paid for in advance. Your subscription will remain active and fully functional until the paid through date listed on the "My Account" page. On that date, your account will cease to work and you will not be charged anymore. You don't have to wait until the last day to cancel your subscription.

5. At what rate will my subscription renew?

All subscriptions will renew at their normal subscription rate. If you have signed up with a coupon code your subscription will renew at the normal rate unless otherwise specified. If you would like to extend your subscription at a discounted rate during a promotional period you may do so by cancelling the renewal of your current subscription and then purchasing the new, discounted subscription. The new subscription will begin when your current subscription ends

6. How do I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the website by entering your Username and Password at the top right of any page
  2. Click on the Account button in the top menu
  3. Click on the Subscription Settings link in the left menu
  4. Cancel your existing subscription by clicking on the "Do not auto-renew at the end of subscription term" link
  5. Click on the Upgrade button in the top menu
  6. Select the subscription that you wish to upgrade to
  7. Select your secure payment method and if you have a coupon enter it in the optional coupon field
  8. Click on the "Order" button and follow the instructions on the next screen

Note: If your upgrade requires a partial refund of an unused portion of an existing subscription or if you wish to change the start date of a subscription, please email your request to contactus@spanishpod101.com

7. Is there any type of guarantee?
