Problem with Basic Feed?

Is there a problem with the Basic Feed? I'm getting no items at all.

I even tried accessing it directly in the browser at http://www.spanishpod101.com/basic_feed/feed.xml and I get a 0-byte file.

Anyway, thought you'd like to know.

I've just signed up for a basic subscription and I also cannot get the Basic Feed. My password for some reason does not work here, even though it works on the website. How long does it take after subscribing before I can access the Basic Feed.

Kiliman, you need to import that file into your feed reader before you're able to download anything on the feed. That's why it's such a small file.

On my feed reader (iTunes) you import the file by going to Advanced -> Subscribe to Podcast, and enter that URL. Alternatively, go to this page, and click on the appropriate button (it's black, about halfway down the page, and the first of two buttons).

Sydneyshanghai, you should be able to access the Basic subscription immediately. The most common reason for feeds not working is username/password error. We have your username on our server as "sydneyshanghai". You can request a password reminder to be send to your email address here: http://www.spanishpod101.com/member/login.php
