Newbie Lesson #5 is not playing

Second week in a row that the new Newbie lesson audio files do not download; cannot get them from the site or via iTunes. Come on, folks: I'm a paying subscriber now, and I'm getting rather upset with a) the repeating download errors; and b) the lack of response to posts in the forum regarding these technical difficulties.
