| In Mexico, there are many delicious dishes. We've already covered how to order them, but now, it’s time to learn how to eat them! That’s not always so obvious. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to ask, “How do you eat this?" |

| Let’s break it down: |

| The first word, Cómo, means “how.” |

| Then we have se come, which is translated as “is eaten” |

| Usually it is easy to guess how a certain Mexican dish has to be eaten, but if you’re dealing with traditional meals, things might get a little bit complicated. So it’s good to know this phrase. |
| Now that you know how to eat the dish, you might be worried about whether it’s healthy or not. Mexican food is famous because of its richness. If you are concerned about calories, you can ask "Is this food heavy?" which in Spanish is: |
