Learn Spanish with SpanishPod101.com! You are supposed to start that fantastic new job tomorrow with that new Latin American firm that is opening in town. But you cannot find anyone who is willing to watch your…precious little twin girls. Hmm, maybe you could call one of those nanny services you hear about all the time! Anything is worth a try and you are running out of time! A pleasant sounding woman answers the phone and you explain in Spanish, “I was calling to request assistance from one of your nannies.” She asks for more details and explains in Spanish, “I was talking to a nanny that I think would work beautifully for you not long ago!” Relieved, you ask her in Spanish, “Was she working with someone else already?” The pleasant woman explains to you in Spanish, “No, she was living in Madrid and was in the process of moving here and looking for work. Let me give her a call!” Great! Now if you can just get the girls to behave for a day!
